This policy explains how Abid Electrics ("we", "us") handles information when you visit abidelectric.com or contact us on WhatsApp.
We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.
Our automated WhatsApp service does not keep the text of your messages. It stores your phone number in encrypted form, together with the message ID and reply status, only so it can send the catalogue once. These records are deleted automatically after 30 days. Messages are also processed by Meta under the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.
We share information only with the service providers needed to run our business, such as Meta (WhatsApp), our hosting provider and delivery partners, or when required by law.
We use reasonable technical measures to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time. Email contact@abidelectric.com or message us on WhatsApp with "delete my data", and we will remove it within 30 days. You can also stop receiving messages by blocking our number in WhatsApp.
